SWEAT
SWEAT is a functional high intensity session that will challenge your cardiovascular endurance, help you BURN THROUGH THOSE CALORIES, and push you to your limit!

 

Elite Boxing
Our Elite Boxing class combines the best of both worlds: fun and exciting boxing combinations paired with technical precision. Focused on mastering movement patterns, combinations, and technique, this class ensures you get the most out of your workout while pushing yourself to your limits. With added conditioning and a variety of bodyweight exercises, you’ll leave feeling accomplished and energised!

 

Mat Pilates
Pilates aims to improve flexibility, mobility and strength, with a strong emphasis on improving core strength. Alongside body weight movements, our Mat Pilates classes utilise dumbbells, pilates balls and resistance bars.

 

SCULPT that Bod (Upper Body, Whole Body, Booty and MORE)
